Matt Molinaro has been representing employees since he began practicing law in 2014. He represents employees regarding a wide variety of work place issues, including wrongful termination, harassment, unpaid wages, overtime, and disability benefits. His focus on employment law means that he has tried multiple employment law cases to verdict and through the appeals process.
He practices in Federal court and all state courts, including Denver, Adams County, Arapahoe County, Jefferson County, Boulder County and Douglas County. Dave is admitted to practice in Colorado, the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Prior to joining the Law Office of David Lichtenstein, Matt served as a clerk for the Denver office of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, where he assisted trial attorneys in all phases of employment discrimination cases and reviewed work from the investigative phase. He also worked for multiple Denver-area plaintiff’s employment attorneys, assisting on writing key briefs in employment cases. Prior to focusing on employment law, Matt obtained general insight into successful litigation and trial techniques during his summer internship with Denver District Court Judge Sheila A. Rappaport.
Born and raised in Akron, Ohio, Matt attained his B.S. in philosophy from Miami University (Ohio) before moving to Colorado and attending law school.
