As a sole practitioner, I take personal   responsiblity for every case I accept. 

I believe fees should be fair.  I fully   explain my written fee agreement to   my clients, and I encourage all   potential clients to compare their   options for legal representation. 

Occasionally, clients ask me to handle   a case that requires a perspective from   an additional legal discipline that is not   within my expertise.  In these   situations, I will accept your case only   if I associate with other attorneys in   whom I have complete confidence.
